1: What method of payment is accepted?
> All major credit cards are accepted.
- 2: How long does it take for a machine to ship once it’s been ordered?
> Please allow up to a week for the machine to be shipped out. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the machine has been sent.
- 3: Do the machines carry a guarantee?
Yes, each machine carries a lifetime guarantee against mechanical defects. Springs are the only item on the machine not covered by the guarantee. Guarantee is only offered to original owner of machine with valid receipt.
- 4: I saw a machine on the site that I wanted and it is no longer there. How do I purchase a similar one?
As each machine is unique the same identical machine will not be available for sale. As a machine is sold it is replaced with a completely different machine. Please contact us and we can make a similar machine.
- 5: I have a design for a machine that I would like to have built, can you do that?
Yes we can.
- 6: Do you have replacement parts for my machine?
Yes, since all of the machine parts are created by us we can replace or provide replacement parts.
